Why this rubric ?

Because it seems to us essential to emphasize some real objects and let you share what we felt in front of such apartment or villa. Not that because these houses appear to have de luxe criteria and be very expensive but rather because they reflect, at once or separately, comfort, an indescribable atmosphere, an out of the ordinary environment as well as the physical presence of the owners keeping a close watch to see that all goes well. You will object that this rubric is subjective and we shall willingly admit it. But we are convinced to be in the truth by presenting it to you.
