environ 40 km à l'est de Malaga se trouve le village mauresque Algarrobo
. Sur cette partie de la Costa de Sol jusqu'à Motril, appelée Costa Tropical,
où le tourisme est encore de petite dimension, plages et stations balnéaires
dispersées et variées. Quartier privé et très calme avec piscine collective
(ouverte en été), 5 min. environ à pied du chemin côtier (l'arrêt-bus),
des plages, des magasins, des restaurants. La large plage s'étend de la
côte de Torrox Costa jusqu'à Torre del Mar et celle-ci est accessible
aussi par un chemin pavé le long de la mer. Un terrain de golf est en
construction à proximité. Construction contigüe de 3 maison, sur 2 niveaux.

The accommodation is situated in a private, quiet and small urbanisation with communal swimming pool (open in summer) and 5 min. walking distance to the coastal road (bus stop), beaches, shops and restaurants. The wide beach stretches out from TORROX COSTA into TORRE DEL MAR which is easily reached by a paved foothpath along the sea. A golf course is under construction nearby. Im Gegensatz zum westlichen Landstrich an der Costa de Sol -mit Touristenhochburgen wie z.B. Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Estepona, Marbella, kennt die Costa Tropical nur wenig Massentourismus. Das Haus befindet sich in einen ruhigen Privat-Viertel von Algarrobo Costa. Zur Nachbarschaft gehört auch ein Schwimmbad (im Sommer geöffnet). Strände, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Küstenweg (Bushaltestelle) sind zu Fuss in etwa 5 Min. erreichbar. Der breite Strand streckt sich aus von Torrox Costa bis ins Torre del Mar und eine Strandspaziergang ins brausende Torre del Mar dauert etwa eine halbe Stunde. Reihenhaus (Reihe mit 3 Häuser) hat 2 Etagen, grosse Garten-Terrasse, Privat-Parkplatz. Im Untergeschoss: geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Sat.TV, komplett eingerichtete separate Küche (Microwelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, Wasmaschine, Kaffemaschine) Patio, Dusche/WC.
